Rima is a Registered Dietitian and Wellness Consultant based in Northern VA. She shares her passion for healthy eating and cooking with adults, children and corporations. Rima has provided expert commentary on TV and in magazines, both locally and nationally. Prior to working in nutrition, Rima worked in public relations and marketing. She earned a M.S. in Nutrition from Arizona State University, holds a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management through the American Dietetic Association, is a food sensitivity LEAP-certified therapist and serves as an evidence analyst for the American Dietetic Association’s Evidence Analysis Library.
