ABOUT US EndoMD Health is a physician-led pediatric endocrinology practice serving children and young adults ages 0–26. Within our developing weight-management program, physician-led care is paired with nutrition and behavior support from the beginning. ABOUT THE POSITION We’re hiring a remote part-time Registered Dietitian to help launch and lead a virtual group program for patients ages 12–26 receiving clinician-directed weight-management care. You would facilitate groups of approximately 6–10 patients using motivational interviewing and collaborate with a board-certified pediatric endocrinologist on session topics and materials. Although the role is fully remote, familiarity with DMV communities is a plus because the program will initially serve patients in Virginia and Maryland. The role begins with 2–4 virtual, 60-minute group sessions per month at $90 per session. We also provide a separate one-time $90 payment for up to one hour of initial preparation for each new session topic. As the program grows, there may be opportunities to lead additional groups and provide 1:1 nutrition counseling. QUALIFICATIONS - Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN), credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, with an active and unrestricted license. - At least 1 year of experience working with adolescents or young adults in obesity care, weight management, endocrinology, or related metabolic care. - Working knowledge of GLP-1 medications and their nutrition and behavior-support considerations. - Demonstrated experience facilitating group sessions, not solely individual counseling. - U.S. residency and willingness to pursue additional state licenses if EndoMD expands its service area. - A private, HIPAA-appropriate home workspace with reliable high-speed internet, plus comfort working in an electronic medical record and with standard virtual-care tools.
