ABOUT US UVA Health's brand new Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes (EDS) and Hypermobility Center opened in December 2025. This is a very unique opportunity to be a part of a Center of Excellence in EDS care. The position will primarily consist of one-on-one outpatient care to support patients with nutrition concerns including gastroparesis, POTS, disordered eating, ARFID, IBS, malabsorption, food intolerances, and malnutrition. A small volume of patients also require enteral nutrition support. The ideal candidate has a love for complex clinical cases, GI nutrition, and team collaboration. This is predominantly a remote role. ABOUT THE POSITION • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible • Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable • Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply RESPONSIBILITIES Join a talented group of dietitians at the University of Virginia Health System in beautiful Charlottesville, Virginia. ABOUT THE POSITION Provide virtual medical nutrition therapy and weight management support to pediatric and young adult patients with endocrine disorders, while collaborating closely with pediatric endocrinologists and a multidisciplinary care team.
